Texas Fishing Trip

On May 17th, Barbara and I flew to Dallas TX, rented a car and drove east to Lake Fork Lake to meet our son Andy and his wife,Wanda. Wanda's parents, Carl and Betty Stacy came with us from California. Andy brought his boat from Sulfur, LA. They had rooms waiting for us at the Minnow Bucket Lodge and Marina. We caught bass, catfish, bluegill, sunfish, bar bass, and crappie. The most fun we had was on a pontoon boat Andy rented with a guide. We must have caught 80 crappie, 45 within legal limit. We fished from dawn to dusk. The Minnow Bucket is a great place to stay. It has a rooms, store, restaurant, launch ramps. Andy has a great bass boat.
